Lost time
Two posts in one night to make up for 'lost time'. That's an expression that doesn't really make sense to me. Usually time can be not well spent but never really lost. I guess what it's really saying is time spent not being productive is lost time because you don't achieve anything. I disagree because some of the best things happen in 'lost time', like discovering something while aimlessly surfing the internet that will influence you for this work you're making, or a valuable lesson learnt from watching ah, Two and a Half Men (Okay maybe not).
If we didn't have lost time there would be no stumbling or diversions from the path. Entire industries rely on lost time. If it weren't for lost time you probably wouldn't be here, reading this and I wouldn't be here writing it.
